Job summary

KAYTUS is seeking an HR generalist in Singapore to partner with business leaders, build robust talent pipelines, and deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

You will act as a trusted advisor on people matters, shaping a high-performance culture while aligning HR policies with business goals and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in HR or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, agencies).
• Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment drives.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
• Drive change management and culture-building activities as the organisation scales.
• Collaborate with the regional HR team to roll out global/local HR programmes and ensure consistency.
