Job summary

MENTA DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, HRIS, and performance management across all staff levels.

The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, excellent communication and leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities
