Job summary

WEJOY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for an HR Generalist to own full-cycle hiring for Singapore-based roles, including R&D, Product, and functional positions, while ensuring process excellence and compliance.

You will manage Singapore work-pass processes (EP/LTVP), leaves, and policy administration, coordinate with stakeholders across business teams, and handle payroll support, records, tax submissions, and office operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, tech or gaming industry preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly across seniority levels and functions.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for Singapore roles including RD/Product/functional positions.
• Manage Singapore work-pass processes (EP/LTVP) and leave policy administration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from different business teams.
• Handle day-to-day HR admin (payroll support, records, CPF, tax submissions).
• Take on broader operational and office-administration tasks as they arise.

Responsibilities

• 1. Own full-cycle hiring for Singapore roles. Including RD&Product&functional roles.
• 2. Manage Singapore work-pass processes (EP/LTVP etc), childcare leave, public holiday and leave policy administration, and stay current on regulatory changes.
• 3. Manage stakeholders from different business teams.
• 4. Own day-to-day HR administration (payroll support, employee records, policy documentation, monthly cpf contribution, employee annual income tax submitting)
• 5. Take on broader operational and office-administration tasks as they arise

Qualifications

• 1. 2+ years of HR experience, tech or gaming industry will be preferred.Comfortable communicating clearly and diplomatically across seniority levels and functions.
• 2. Strong stakeholder management, strong headhunter management skills, able to build trust with leadership and employees at the same time.
• 3. Hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• 4. Familar with the Singapore local talent marketGreat attitude and work ethic.
