Job summary

JJ VISTA MINES RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, payroll, benefits, HRIS, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Singapore laws and fostering a positive work environment. Lead the HR team, drive organizational development, and report on HR metrics to support decision making, while championing
