Job summary

Menta Development Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned HR Leader to shape and drive HR strategy, policies, and procedures. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, and HRIS, while guiding performance management and employee relations across the organization.

The role requires 4–6 years in HR with at least 2 years in management, strong Singapore employment law knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills. You will champion continuous improvement and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
