Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and work-pass processing activities in Singapore. This is a 6-month, fully onsite contract based at WEST, Kent Ridge, with working hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm.

Responsibilities include processing work-pass applications, handling HR cases in internal systems and MOM portal, ensuring timely transactions, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and supporting improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Approximately 1–2 years of relevant HR operations or administrative experience.
Experience in work-pass processing or MOM-related transactions will be an advantage.
Meticulous, detail-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines.
Good communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
Comfortable with a 6-month contract and fully onsite work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Process work-pass applications and transactions, including issuance, renewal, cancellation, extension and related enquiries.
Handle HR cases through internal HR systems, the MOM portal and case-management platforms.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions in line with service-level requirements.
Manage multiple cases during peak periods and provide backup support to the team.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve HR process matters.
Prepare work-pass reports and support related administrative tasks.
Assist with process improvement and automation initiatives.
