Responsibilities

• Diagnose people and organisational challenges across the full HR spectrum.
• Co-develop customised and implementable HR solutions with clients.
• Write practical HR policy, handbooks, and SOPs.
• Conduct client workshops, status reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Stay updated with HR legislation and trends relevant to businesses.
• Maintain high standards of client service and project management.
