Job summary

Thunes is hiring a Principal, People Products & AI Automation to elevate our HR technology ecosystem across global operations. You will own the core tech stack, automate processes, and drive AI-enabled workflows with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

You will partner with People Leadership, People Services, PBPs, and IT to transform manual, fragmented processes into seamless, compliant automation while delivering scalable dashboards for leadership and the board.

Qualifications

5+ years in HR technology, HRIS management, and People Operations, with hands-on HiBob knowledge.
Proven automation and integration experience using low-code/no-code tools and REST APIs.
Strong data modeling, data cleanliness, and BI semantic layer knowledge.
Practical experience applying AI and LLMs to HR workflows.
Exceptional communication for senior stakeholders and scalable systems thinking.
Self-starter with ownership, capable of managing a complex roadmap and daily execution.

Responsibilities

Own the Core Tech Stack: manage HiBob and Greenhouse configurations, integrations, and hygiene.
Drive AI & Automation Strategy: architect automation, manage AI budget, define guardrails.
Architect Data & Visualizations: build metrics, self-service dashboards for leadership and board.
Deliver End-to-End System Integration: lead integrations from requirements to adoption.
Act as Internal Product Owner: translate needs into blueprints, backlog prioritization.
Eliminate Operational Friction: map pain points with People Services and PBPs.
Proactively remove manual, high-effort processes and enforce data governance.
