Job summary

National University Health System seeks a Senior Manager, HR Technology COE to lead strategic planning and implementation of HR digital initiatives, driving automation and AI-enabled insights across the HR function.

You will partner with HR leaders to map processes for AI enablement, oversee HR technology evaluations, and deliver enterprise-wide system enhancements with a focus on employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP SuccessFactors expertise across multiple modules (Employee Central, Time Off, LMS, etc.).
• Proven ability to govern complex, enterprise-scale HR data and maintain data integrity.
• Strategic business acumen to translate requirements into tech roadmaps and AI-enabled improvements.
• Ability to partner with HR stakeholders to map processes suitable for AI-driven automation.
• Strong analytical skills and capacity to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into actionable HR technology roadmaps and solutions.
• Lead evaluation and selection of HR tech, including AI tools, for major business challenges.
• Design innovative HR tech proposals to deliver automation and insights impact.
• Champion continuous improvement and identify new AI opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Lead deployment of systems projects and drive adoption across HR modules.
