Job summary

michael page (personnel) pte. ltd. is seeking a senior AI transformation leader to identify HR AI opportunities, design an architecture roadmap, and drive enterprise-wide AI enablement across regions.

You will lead PoCs, governance, and partnerships to scale AI adoption in HR functions, working with global stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives, including hands-on implementation of AI-driven business solutions.
• Strong expertise in large language models, knowledge retrieval frameworks, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and solution architecture.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise HR platforms, data ecosystems, and workforce management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, drive complex projects, and translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.
