Job summary

ST Engineering seeks a senior HR AI leader to develop and execute AI adoption strategies, champion an enterprise AI culture, and partner with HR Communications to drive adoption across the organization. The role focuses on identifying AI opportunities, deploying scalable AI-enabled HR solutions, and building governance and capability to realize measurable productivity gains.

Degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the HR AI adoption strategy and roadmap.
Co-lead the HR AI Champions Network across Group HR and Business Areas.
Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools and solutions within HR.
Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Work with HR Communications on communication and change management plans to support AI adoption.
Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities and translate HR business needs into AI use cases, requirements, process design, data needs and solution specifications.
Drive the deployment and scaling of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop best practices, playbooks, and frameworks for AI-enabled work.
Support HR teams to adapt to new work methods and operating practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR productivity and effectiveness.
Measure productivity gains, AI adoption, utilization, and value realization.
Partner with Learning & Development to build AI fluency and capability across the HR function.
Facilitate workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and communities of practice.
Coach HR teams on effective and responsible use of AI tools.
Implement responsible AI governance practices within HR.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and ethical AI principles.
Partner with HR Technology, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit, Group Information Security and related departments on governance matters.
Develop AI policies, guidelines, controls, and operating standards for HR.
Build strong partnerships with HR leaders, HR Technology, IT, Digital, and business and senior stakeholders.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and solutions relevant to HR.
Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery and business value realization.
