Job summary

Michael Page International is partnering with a multinational client undergoing a significant digital transformation, investing heavily in AI-driven workforce solutions across international operations.

You will identify high-value HR transformation opportunities, design an AI-enabled architecture roadmap, and lead PoCs to validate scalable HR AI capabilities across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives, with hands-on AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value HR transformation opportunities and develop AI-enabled solutions addressing workforce, talent, compliance, and employee experience challenges.
• Design and evolve a long-term HR AI architecture roadmap aligned with digital transformation objectives.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, technology assessments, and implementation activities to validate and scale new capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, governance standards, and best practices to support sustainable AI adoption across HR functions.
• Collaborate with global leaders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes across regions.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong expertise in large language models, knowledge retrieval frameworks, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and solution architecture.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise HR platforms, data ecosystems, and workforce management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, drive complex projects, and translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.
