Job summary

MS PROJECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Generalist in Singapore to support full-cycle HR activities, including payroll processing, work pass handling, and policy documentation.

You will coordinate new-hire orientation, maintain records, and manage leave and admin tasks within a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2–3 years of HR generalist experience, familiarity with MOM regulations, and strong communication skills to liaise with staff and management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Payroll processing and statutory submissions (IR21).
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Experience handling work passes and government portals.
• Strong HR documentation and employment practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and QuickHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and EPs if applicable.
• Prepare employment contracts and other HR correspondence.
• Conduct orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records (hardcopy and digital).
• Administer leave matters.
• Manage job advertisements and recruitment screening.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates within timelines.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle IR21 tax submissions.
• Coordinate training schedules and records.
• Assist in staff events and general admin duties.
