Job summary

KIMLY FOOD MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Officer/Executive to support daily HR operations in Singapore.

You will handle payroll processing, bonus, increments, salary slips, and leave encashment, and maintain master employee records, including compensation, health and medical insurance. You will manage the work pass application process, address employee feedback and grievances, and collaborate with the AGM and Assistant HR Manager to source, recruit, onboard, and offboard staff,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in HR or related field.
• Entry-level suitable for HR; willing to grow into HR officer/executive.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, and leave encashment
• Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
• Work pass application process
• Experienced in resolving employee feedback and grievances.
• Process government claims, training grants, and other relevant government grants
• Work closely with the AGM and Assistant HR Manager to source, recruit and select the right talent for new/replacement positions, using appropriate hiring media approaches.
• Recruitment policy: employee hiring, on-boarding & off-boarding, conducts orientation for new staff, and overseeing the internship program.
• The candidate will act as a Human Resource Officer / Executive for this job position.
