Job summary

LPH Catering invites an hands-on HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will manage recruitment and interviews, coordinate Work Permit processes, and input payroll data monthly using our HR system.

This role includes onboarding, staff exits, and looking after welfare, including staff accommodation. We value organized individuals who can manage multiple outlets and deadlines while staying closely connected with our people.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR or HR admin is required.
• Knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass processes.
• Organised and able to handle several outlets and deadlines.
• Excellent people skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and interviews, including agency collaboration.
• Handle Work Permit applications and renewals.
• Run monthly attendance and payroll inputs on our HR system.
• Onboard new joiners and manage staff exits.
• Look after staff welfare, including staff accommodation.
