Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Operations Professional to manage full HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance for local staff. You will handle onboarding to offboarding, attendance, CPF submissions and employee record maintenance while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include monthly payroll processing, statutory submissions, employee queries, recruitment support, and involvement in audits and HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, leave and attendance administration.
• Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF, IR8A, SDL, FWL and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee information and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
• Handle employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, leave and HR policies.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding of new hires.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and other MOM-related matters where required.
• Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and other HR welfare matters.
• Support performance management, training and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support for audits and other HR projects.
