Job summary

Singapore Land Authority (SLA) is seeking a Intern, HR to support talent acquisition activities in Singapore. The role focuses on proposing talent engagement initiatives, coordinating interviews, and assisting onboarding and data analysis.

The candidate should have a background in HR or related fields, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently full-time from October 2026 to April 2027 (5–7 months). Portfolio and availability should be included in the CV.

Qualifications

• Students with background in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or similar areas preferred.
• Meticulous, good written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, willing to learn and customer focused.
• Must be comfortable scheduling interviews and reaching out to potential candidates
• Able to work independently and multi-task.
• Interest in New Media tools and comfortable with managing data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Propose new talent engagement initiatives, including the use of New Media tools to enhance employer branding and market career opportunities to targeted talent pool.
• Coordinate and schedule interview for shortlisted job applicants, including ensuring that relevant documents are submitted and verified, administering pre-interview questions (if applicable).
• Perform various support functions of Talent Acquisition operations, e.g. facilitate onboarding, data collation and analysis.
• Any tasks/duties as assigned by the supervisor.
