Job summary

CapitaLand Development (CLD) invites energized students for an HR Intern position in Singapore. You will support talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and play a hands-on role in large-scale HR initiatives across regional teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help design internal communications, assist in events and programs, and build a portfolio while developing strategic HR thinking within a leading real estate group.

Qualifications

• Positive, proactive attitude and passion for HR and people management.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across projects.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders; bonus for design or video editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to craft and deliver engaging internal communications (eDMs, intranet updates).
• Assist in planning and executing employee programs and initiatives.
• Conduct research on HR industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to design and develop training programmes.
• Provide support for training activities, including scheduling and coordination.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and internship programme management.
