Job summary

Arts House Group in Singapore is seeking an HR Intern to support various HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee engagement. You will assist with recruitment processes, manage onboarding materials, implement employee engagement initiatives, and support training programs. The internship will last for 6 months from June to December 2026.

Qualifications

• Students majoring in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions.
• Assist with managing both Recruitment portal and school career portal.
• Register employees for training programs and workshops.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis for HR projects.
• Plan and execute company-wide events.
