Job summary

InternSG is seeking a dedicated HR Intern in Singapore to assist the Human Resources team with employee welfare, learning and development, onboarding activities, and HR projects. You will participate in research, event planning, training coordination, and process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

The role involves supporting surveys, data analysis, and communication materials while gaining hands-on exposure to the employee lifecycle and a range of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Prior work experience or internship exposure in Human Resources, administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills with an interest in process improvement and employee experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team in employee welfare, engagement, and welfare programmes.
• Assist in learning and development activities, training registrations, and attendance tracking.
• Contribute to HR projects with data gathering, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Provide administrative support for HR digitalization and transformation projects.
