Job summary

Novo Holdings A/S in Singapore seeks a proactive People & Organisation Intern to support talent development, recruitment, and HR administration across the Asia region. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in a global, purpose-driven organization.

You will assist L&D roadmaps, regional talent mapping, onboarding/offboarding, and candidate management, while gaining exposure to ATS, MS Office, and other tools. Start date is 1 June 2027 for a six-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree/MBA programme with strong academic results.
• Interest in a career in HR and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Effective written and spoken communication across diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Learning & Development roadmaps and regional talent initiatives.
• Assist end-to-end recruitment: post openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, input candidate data in ATS.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding processes and design onboarding resources.
• Provide HR administration support and contribute to employee engagement activities.
• Participate in various HR-related activities as needed.
