Job summary

Thales Singapore is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern for the Jan 2027 intake to support end-to-end recruitment across internships, entry-level and experienced hires.

You will schedule interviews, screen CVs, update the ATS, coordinate onboarding with the remote team, and assist with employer branding and campus events.

This internship offers hands-on HR exposure requiring a diploma/degree in HR or related field and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment across internships, entry-level and experienced roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews; manage communication with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS.
• Follow up and liaise with onboarding team for smooth onboarding.
• Support employer branding and campus activities; participate in events.
