Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to grow our corporate client base and expand the recruiter’s own portfolio. You will initiate marketing activities and manage client relationships to meet hiring needs.

You will also handle candidate sourcing, referrals, and ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates, while coordinating payroll and employment benefits for placed candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (mentorship provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Business development and marketing to acquire new corporate clients and grow client portfolio.
• Account management of internal and external stakeholders and clients on hiring needs.
• Sourcing candidates, posting job ads, and referrals to ensure pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
• Account Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
• Talent Acquisition: Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.
• Candidate Management: Manage candidates' job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.
