Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases, and assess fit against requirements.

You will arrange interviews with hiring managers, maintain accurate ATS records, and support branding and talent attraction initiatives to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin, psychology or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding


• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment databases


• Screen and assess candidates based on job requirements and organisational needs


• Conduct interviews and coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers


• Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment updates


• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs


• Prepare and extend job offers, and support candidates throughout the hiring process


• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely updates to the applicant tracking system


• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives


• Participate in recruitment projects and other HR initiatives as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Good stakeholder management and organisational skills


• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively


• Good attention to detail and follow-through
