Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of talent acquisition/HR experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationships.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Exposure to HR generalist functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Hire for Tech roles and build tech pipelines.

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with business leaders and supporting HR generalist activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Proven track record and experience in Tech hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Build talent pipelines across technology, corporate, and business functions.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
• Support HR generalist activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and HR records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Exposure to HR generalist functions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
