PERSOL Singapore is seeking a training professional to deliver engaging sessions and hands-on demonstrations in both virtual and on-site settings. The role focuses on building practical capability, maintaining quality assessments, and ensuring a safe, well-organised learning environment.

You will design and refresh curricula, manage training resources, maintain records for audits, and support daily training operations under the Training Manager. Strong planning and compliance focus is essential.

Formación

• Relevant professional qualification in training/education is an advantage
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in a construction-related environment
• SEC(K) certificate issued by BCA is required or advantageous
• Comfortable delivering training in both virtual and on-site formats, including practical demonstrations
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage documentation, schedules, and training logistics
• Able to maintain a safe, orderly, and compliant learning environment and handle training equipment responsibly

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate structured training sessions through virtual platforms and in-person hands-on activities
• Maintain accurate training and assessment records, ensuring audits and compliance readiness
• Design, develop, and refresh training curricula and materials to meet learning outcomes and operational needs
• Ensure training areas are safe, organised, and fit-for-purpose (classrooms, workshops, bays, offices)
• Manage training resources and inventory (equipment, tools, materials, consumables) including stock control and serviceability checks
• Track assessment outcomes and implement improvements to support participant performance and pass rates
• Support operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required by the Training Manager

• Track assessment outcomes and implement improvements to support strong participant performance and overall pass rates




• Support operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required by the Training Manager

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., WSQ ACLP / WSQ ACTA or equivalent Adult Education qualification) is an advantage




• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in a construction-related environment




• Possess a SEC(K) certificate issued by BCA
