Job summary

INFO-TECH SYSTEMS LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic trainer to design and deliver WSQ and AI-related training. You will develop curricula, facilitate sessions, and assess learner progress for both individuals and organizations.

The role emphasizes staying current with industry standards and engaging participants in dynamic learning experiences. The ideal candidate holds ACTA or ACLP certification, with DDLP or DACE preferred, and has a passion for people development and effective knowledge

Qualifications

• ACTA or ACLP certification is mandatory.
• DDLP or DACE is strongly preferred.
• Experience in AI-related courses or training is advantageous.
• Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Passion for people development and training.
• Confident in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-house and WSQ training programs for individual learners or businesses.
• Analyse learning needs and formulate training strategies.
• Design curriculum, develop training materials, and conduct training activities including classroom facilitation and assessments.
• Update courseware to keep materials aligned with industry standards.
• Review training feedback for program improvements.
• Co-host talks/events/webinars for in-house products in coordination with marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-house and WSQ training programs for individual learners (B2C) or businesses (B2B)
• Analysing learning needs and formulating training strategies
• Design curriculum, develop training material and execute training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation and conducts course assessment
• Courseware redevelopment and update to ensure that training materials and guidelines are up to date with industry standards and practices
• Analyse and review training feedback and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted
• To co-host talks/events/webinar/seminar for our in-house products (HRMS/Accounting/WSQ) in conjunction with our Marketing efforts
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Must be ACTA or ACLP certified
• DDLP or DACE is strongly preferred as well
• Prior experience in conducting AI-related courses or training will be an advantage
• Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Have passion for people development with a flair for training
• Confident in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment
• IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions
• Good understanding of WSQ framework
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Dedicated, committed, and positive working attitude
