Job summary

Hrnet Technologies is seeking a Pre-Sales & Implementation Analyst to understand client needs, recommend HR software solutions, and manage end-to-end system implementation. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth system setup, testing, training and deployment.

In this role you will collaborate with the Sales team on customised solutions, perform product demonstrations, and guide data migration, configuration and user adoption to achieve successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, IT or related field.
• 2+ years in HR software implementation, consulting, pre-sales or related role preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ HR processes and business needs to recommend HR software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting features and value.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop customised solutions and SOWs.
• Manage end-to-end HR software implementation projects from requirements to go-live.
• Plan timelines, milestones, risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Configure workflows, user roles and system settings per client needs.
• Conduct data migration, testing and user acceptance testing.
