Job summary

Oneness Holdings is seeking a capable HR/Systems implementation specialist to lead the go-live of ZingKey’s HR SaaS system. You will work closely with clients to map HR processes including Payroll, Leave, Attendance, and Rostering, and handle configuration, data prep, testing, training, and go-live support.

You will also coordinate with product and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and provide post-implementation support for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, information systems, business, HR or related fields.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage client projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and go-live of ZingKey’s HR SaaS system.
• Collaborate with clients to understand HR processes and requirements (Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Rostering).
• Handle system configuration, data prep, testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Coordinate with clients, product and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback for product improvements.
