Job summary

Ambition Singapore seeks an experienced Presales Consultant to lead solution design and client advisory across HR technology projects. You will partner with BD and leadership during pursuits, run discovery workshops, and shape proposals and SOWs to guide HRIS implementations.

You will translate business needs into scalable HR technology solutions, lead workshops, and provide functional leadership to ensure successful project delivery and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4–7 years in HRIS, HCM, or HR Technology consulting and implementation.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR technology projects.
• Proven client-facing communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
• Certifications in leading HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or Darwinbox are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and client advisory for HR technology projects.
• Manage pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and scope definitions.
• Coordinate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into HRIS configurations.
• Provide functional leadership across implementation projects and drive delivery milestones.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
