Job summary

The Executive- HR Shared Services (Business Support - Operations) at PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd serves as the main point of contact for associates and clients, handling end-to-end employment matters from onboarding to offboarding, renewals, and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding coordination, Work Pass handling, contract management, leaves and benefits administration, and liaison with payroll for timesheets and claims, while delivering HR advisory support and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree.
• 2–3 years' experience in an HR role.
• Resourceful with good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communications skills.
• High resilience and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage headcount movement reports for Associates and client growth.
• Provide monthly reminders for Contracts and Work Passes due.
• Manage end to end onboarding & offboarding formalities.
• Assist in Work Pass application/renewal, contracts extension, termination, resignation, reference checks, leave & claims requests, contractor bonuses.
• Help in disciplinary & grievance handling for contractors.
• Provide HR advisory services to internal Consultants and Associates.
• Liaise with payroll to resolve contractor timesheets and claims issues.
• Liaise with payroll & finance to resolve client billing issues and overpayments.
• Send monthly timesheet submission reminders.
• Prepare employment certifications and bank letters.
• Manage new/renewal contract issuance, work pass applications/cancellation, tax clearance.
• Manage leave, insurance, allowances and other benefits administration.
• Maintain contractors' information and regular system updates.
