PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate to support Onboarding and Offboarding activities and improve the onsite experience for new hires and leavers. This 1-year contract role involves working with stakeholders, ensuring policy implementation, and maintaining HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HR or related field, has 1–2 years healthcare experience, and is Excel proficient, organized and team-oriented, capable of thriving

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to handle high-volume, confidential data.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• Ensure services align with Healthcare policies and comply with legislation.
• Deliver HR activities that meet SLA and KPIs within Healthcare HR Group Shared Services.
• Maintain HR systems according to procedures and team standards.
