Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive– HR Shared Services for Business Support - Operations in Singapore. You will be the main HR touchpoint for contractors and clients, coordinating onboarding, renewals, and day-to-day HR tasks.

Key duties include managing headcount reports, onboarding/offboarding, work pass processes, payroll liaison, and benefits administration, with emphasis on accuracy, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree is required.
• 2–3 years of HR experience in a professional setting.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team.
• Able to multi-task and stay resilient in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR contact for Associates and clients, handling onboarding, contract renewals, and offboarding.
• Provide end-to-end HR support including work pass applications/ renewals, contract extensions, termination, and reference checks.
• Coordinate payroll liaison for timesheet and claims issues and assist with client billing queries.
• Prepare employment certifications and bank letters, manage leave, insurance, and benefits administration.
• Maintain contractor data in the HR system with timely updates.
