Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a motivated HR Services professional to join a team delivering integrated employee HR services across multiple MINDEF offices. You will lead digitalisation-focused service improvement projects and optimise HR administrative processes for staff nationwide.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in service delivery or HR operations, with strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in digital innovations. Appointment will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Education in HR, business administration, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years in a service-related field with HR operations or service delivery experience.
• Experience in project management is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of integrated employee HR services across MINDEF offices.
• Lead and implement service improvement projects with a digitalisation focus.
• Manage processes and system workflows to optimise service delivery.
• Drive service journey designs to improve KPIs like case resolution times and customer satisfaction.
