Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a Transaction Processing professional to accurately handle transactions, validate data, and reconcile records. The role includes onboarding coordination and liaison with candidates on start dates, ensuring a smooth pre-boarding process.

You will deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, maintain compliant documentation, and work with payroll, HR, and IT to improve efficiency. Start expected by late October/early November 2026.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Experience in a shared services environment or similar role.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process transactions and reconcile data.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and liaise with candidates on start dates.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external parties.
• Maintain organized records and update SOP-related documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, and IT to streamline processes.
• Position starts end Oct/early Nov 2026.
