VITAL in Singapore seeks a Section Manager to oversee daily HR services for Public Service Agencies and partners. You will lead a team to ensure prompt, accurate work and collaborate with Agencies and policy owners to resolve issues and improve processes.

You will also plan staff development, drive governance improvements, and prepare submissions and reports for senior management to showcase project outcomes and service enhancements.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Data analysis, dashboard building, automation and AI applications are beneficial.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-workload environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee work activities by the VITAL team to ensure prompt, accurate service delivery to Agencies.
• Collaborate with Agencies, System and Policy owners to resolve service issues and improve policies and systems.
• Plan and implement learning and development for officers to build relevant competencies.
• Lead process reviews and improvement projects to reduce inefficiencies and governance gaps.
• Understand Agencies' business needs and explore expansion of scope or new services.
• Keep training materials and SOPs updated for refresher training and onboarding.
• Prepare emails, reports and slides and present improvements and solutions to Management.
