Job summary

TECHTIFY PTE. LTD is seeking an experienced HR Operations Leader in Singapore to manage daily HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, transfers and data accuracy.

You will develop and improve HR policies, SOPs and operational processes to drive efficiency and compliance. The role also covers HR systems, data management and analytics, generating regular management reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–3 years in HR Operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Clear logic and structured thinking to convert vague requirements into clear project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and administration across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, transfers and data management.
• Oversee HR data integrity, reporting and analytics with regular dashboards for management.
