Job summary

SingHealth Community Hospitals is seeking a proactive HR Planning and Analytics professional to support the enhancement of human capital capabilities and employee value proposition. You will work on HR planning, policy updates, recognition nominations, and survey administration while performing analytics to inform organisational decisions.

You will update the Balanced Scorecard and coordinate statutory surveys, contributing to employee engagement initiatives and a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in any discipline.
• Graduate Diploma in HR Management or related certifications preferred.
• Preferably 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and related legislation.
• Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR planning process and analytics.
• Update HR policies and procedures.
• Manage nominations for employee recognition awards.
• Provide administrative support for employee surveys.
• Update the Balanced Scorecard.
• Coordinate statutory surveys.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
