Job summary

N/A is seeking a hands-on HR professional to provide operational HR support across business units in Singapore. You will partner with operation managers to assess manpower needs and drive recruitment activities.

You will also manage HR data reporting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, leaves, and work passes, ensuring accurate records and compliance with MOM. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be highly operational and hands-on in providing HR support to the business units in a timely manner.
• Work closely with business operation managers to identify manpower requirements and recruitment support.
• Work closely with business operations managers to identify areas for improvement and development.
• Proactively provide accurate and timely reporting on HR data to assist the business units in people management decisions.
• Conduct orientation for the new employees to foster positive attitudes toward the company’s policies and goal.
• Effectively engage employees, enhancing the employee experience in the company.
• Be the liaison personnel for employee grievances and disciplinary matters, providing timely counseling if required.
• Provide support for performance management, time management, & leave management.
• Responsible for consolidation of monthly HR reports for Management review and any statistical reports as and when required.
• Responsible for the preparation of employee documents and updating of employee data into the HR system.
• Responsible for the application of MOM-related Work Passes.
