Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to manage payroll, tax compliance, and HR operations while ensuring accurate records and regulatory adherence.

The role will process payroll on time, support tax filings, maintain employee records, and update HR policies to meet regulatory and company requirements. It also involves analyzing HR data for insights and ensuring data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or equivalent required.
• Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance is essential.
• Exposure to Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and/or Thailand payroll/tax regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll accurately and on time with regulatory compliance.
• Support corporate and personal income tax filings in line with local regulations.
• Maintain employee records with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Administer HR policies and employee documentation to meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Compile HR data for reporting and insights.
• Monitor changes in employment laws to ensure HR practices are compliant.
• Provide ad-hoc HR and administrative support as needed.
