Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Administrator to manage work pass processes, maintain employee records, and support payroll and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in HRM or related field, has 2–4 years of HR experience, and demonstrates strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates of HR databases.
• Support payroll administration, attendance tracking, and HR reporting activities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee insurance matters, including enrolments, updates, claims submissions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare job postings and screen candidates in collaboration with hiring departments.
• Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities.
• Assist with internship and trainee programme administration when required.
• Organise employee engagement initiatives, welfare programmes, training activities, and company events.
• Prepare HR communications, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support the review and updating of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
• Participate in HR audits, data verification exercises, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support HR system enhancements and workflow optimisation projects.
