Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, payroll, and regulatory compliance in Singapore. You will handle onboarding, records, payroll processing, and end-to-end HR administration to support a busy organisation.

Responsibilities include payroll accuracy, statutory submissions, employee relations, and preparation of HR documents. Experience with TimeSoft and SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous; no remote work indicated.

Qualifications

• ≥3 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role.
• Hands-on payroll administration and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, records management and offboarding.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure statutory compliance.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes including insurance and medical benefits.
• Coordinate year-end tax filing and statutory submissions (IR8A/IR21/CPF).
• Support employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters of confirmation and salary adjustments.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Support HR projects on engagement, training, wellness, and process improvements.
