Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an HR professional to manage work passes, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations. You will maintain HR records, help ensure regulatory compliance, and support recruitment and training initiatives.

The role involves coordinating interviews, administering insurance matters, and contributing to process improvements within a small to mid-sized HR team. Based in Tuas, company transport is provided from Jurong East MRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of HR experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and timely updates of HR databases.
• Support payroll administration, attendance tracking, and HR reporting activities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee insurance matters, including enrolments, updates, claims submissions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare job postings and screen candidates in collaboration with hiring departments.
• Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities.
• Assist with internship and trainee programme administration when required.
• Organise employee engagement initiatives, welfare programmes, training activities, and company events.
• Prepare HR communications, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support the review and updating of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
• Participate in HR audits, data verification exercises, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support HR system enhancements and workflow optimisation projects.
