Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. in Singapore seeks an HR Executive on a 4-month contract to support payroll for about 100 staff, handle recruitment, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration.

You will prepare HR documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short-term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters, and liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing for about 100 staff
• Experience with HR administration tasks and documentation
• Exposure to performance management processes and recruitment activities

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll for about 100 headcount (System Infotech)
• Handle recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration
• Prepare HR documents: job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short-term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters
• Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews
• Handle compensation and benefits including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, makeup claims)
