Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Operations professional in Singapore to support day-to-day HR activities, handle employee relations, and drive initiatives that strengthen workplace engagement and organisational effectiveness.

You will have a diploma or degree in HR or related field and at least 1 year of HR experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, good organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of HR experience with exposure to employee relations and operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide HR support aligned with business needs.
• Manage employee relations matters, including concerns, grievances, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR policies and employee-related matters.
• Administer and support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives.
• Support recruitment activities and workforce planning.
• Develop and coordinate initiatives to promote employee engagement and positive workplace environment.
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities to enhance HR service delivery and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders on projects and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Contribute to HR strategy and workforce initiatives.
