Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an hands-on HR professional to drive employee relations, HR operations, and workplace initiatives. You will partner with managers and employees to deliver practical HR support and improve overall workplace experience.

The role involves handling day-to-day HR activities, supporting recruitment, administering HR policies, and contributing to engagement projects. A Diploma/Degree in HR or related field is required, with at least 1 year of HR experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience with exposure to employee relations and HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and site activities aligned with business needs and objectives.
• Support recruitment activities and contribute to workforce planning.
• Administer and implement HR policies, procedures and people initiatives.
• Partner with managers to provide HR guidance and support on employee matters.
• Handle employee relations matters including concerns, grievances, investigations and workplace issues.
• Ensure follow-up, documentation and resolution of employee relations cases.
• Develop and support initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace experience.
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement practical people solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and HR records.
• Participate in HR projects and other people-related activities.
