Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to drive HR operational excellence and employee relations. You will support advisory, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll coordination to ensure accurate records and compliant practices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong analytical, communication, and confidentiality skills. This position is based in Singapore and follows a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to employee relations.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and compensation frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with high attention to detail.
• 5 day work week @ AMK location.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory on employee relations, policies, and compliance.
• Handle staff grievances and employee issues professionally and per procedures.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding and offboarding.
• Track full employee life cycle and reporting.
• Prepare salary proposals and ensure internal equity.
• Assist in policy implementation and communication.
• Maintain confidential HR records and ensure labour law compliance.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and admin teams.
• Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects.
