Job summary

HR SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.

The role involves HR administration, documentation, and compliance with Singapore employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in HR, at least 1 year of HR experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll, and work pass administration.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, reference checks, onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems.
• Process payroll, commissions, referral fees, and ensure timely statutory submissions.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance claims, attendance, and leave records.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, liaise with MOM on employment matters.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
• Assist in HR policies, procedures, and compliance reviews.
