Job summary

Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations in Singapore, covering onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth workforce processes.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in HRM and 2–5 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of MOM regulations, employee relations, and learning and development activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
• Handle monthly payroll, leave, benefits, insurance, and work pass matters.
• Oversee confirmations, renewals, resignations, salary reviews and terminations.
• Support manpower planning, headcount monitoring, HR reporting, and annual performance processes.
• Ensure compliance with MOM guidelines and Singapore employment regulations.
• Resolve employee queries and liaise with staff at all levels.
• Support Learning & Development, including training planning and records.
• Coordinate with training providers and government agencies on grants.
• Assist HR projects and process improvements.
