Job summary

JERA Global Markets (JERAGM) Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented HR professional to manage day‑to‑day HR operations, talent attraction, onboarding, development, retention and separation. The role supports onboarding, relocation, offboarding, engagement and talent management within a fast‑paced environment.

The successful candidate will handle performance management administration, coordinate learning & development activities, participate in HR projects, and ensure compliance with Singapore

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Business/HR Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR work experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and practices.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in database management and administrative record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new hires and offboarding of leavers.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist performance management processes and learning & development operations.
• Support HR projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day HR administrative processes.
